Our businesses and people are facing transformational forces from the increasing use of AI; to new ways of working; to tumultuous economic conditions; to increased employee burnout and stress at all levels. Meanwhile, world events – including global conflicts, the pandemic aftermath, the cost of living crisis and the effects of climate change – have an impact. All of this, and more, has major implications for the wellbeing of our people. But while disruption brings challenge, we believe it is an opportunity for innovation and positive change.
